Refund and Return & Exchange Policies

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

- Items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached
- Sale, promotional, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange or return
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

REFUND POLICY

- Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at purchase
- Approved refunds may take up to 14 working days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider
- Sale and clearance items are non-refundable
- All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval of returned items
